Terms

Draft terms, to be reviewed by counsel before launch.

You must be 18 or older to order, and you may only upload photos of yourself.

An Ovale skin report costs $99 as a one-time payment. Your report is prepared by a registered esthetician and delivered within 7 days of payment. If a photo can't be assessed, we may ask you for a new one, and the 7 days restart when we receive it.

Each report is custom work that begins once you pay, so reports are non-refundable. If we can't deliver your report, we'll refund you in full.

Reports are general skincare guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Patch-test new products and see a board-certified dermatologist for medical skin concerns.
