What we collect

Your name and email, the answers you give about your skin, the photos you upload, and your order and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

How your photos are used

Your photos and answers are viewed only by the Ovale skincare team preparing your report. They are stored securely, never sold or shared for advertising, and never used to train AI models.

Unfinished orders

If you start an order but don't pay, we keep your name and email so we can remind you about your order. Photos from unpaid orders are deleted automatically after 48 hours. We only send marketing emails if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sensitive information

Ethnicity and health-related answers are optional and used only to make your recommendations safe and relevant. We never infer ethnicity from your photos.

Retention and deletion

Photos are deleted 90 days after your report is delivered. You can delete your photos, or your whole account, at any time from your Account page, or by emailing us.

Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to measure which ads lead to orders. It does not receive your photos or skin answers.
