How long does it take?+
Your report arrives within 7 days of your order. If a photo isn't clear enough, we'll email you to ask for a new one.
Does this replace a dermatologist?+
For everyday skincare, like what to use for clogged pores, oiliness or uneven tone, it gives you the kind of routine advice people often book an appointment for. It doesn't diagnose or treat medical conditions. If we see something that needs a doctor, your report will say so.
Can I get a refund?+
Each report is custom work that begins as soon as you order, so reports are non-refundable. If something goes wrong with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
What happens to my photos?+
They're stored securely and only seen by the team preparing your report. They're never sold or shared, and they're deleted 90 days after your report is delivered, or sooner if you ask.
Why do you ask for my ethnicity?+
It's optional. Some ingredients carry different irritation and pigmentation risks for different skin tones, so it helps us choose safely. We never guess it from your photo.
